Do you ever find yourself frustrated because you agreed to something that you really didn't want to do? Even further, maybe it was something that you knew you didn't need to do; you knew it wasn't in your best interest but you said yes anyway.
While being kind-hearted is a favorable attribute, it can come with a price. It could cause us to over extend ourselves. It could cause passive aggressive behavior and a number of other things if we're not honest with ourselves and others.
Now, of course this isn't to say that we don't make sacrifices for our loved ones. And I'm in no way suggesting that we negate responsibilities because we don't feel like it 😅!
However if you find yourself frequently saying yes when you really want or even need to say no, I challenge you to take a pause, check in with yourself, and remember NO is a full sentence!
